I’m the person behind Iron Sweat.

I’ve been working in residential heating and cooling since 2019, and I know what it’s like to start the day early, work in the heat, sweat through a hot house one job at a time, and still have more jobs ahead of you.

I also know the feeling of double-fisting an energy drink and a sports drink at the gas station counter in the morning.

Always buying two.

I started Iron Sweat because I thought there should be a better option for a multi-use beverage — something like the Leatherman I carry.

Something built specifically for people who work hard for a living — tradespeople, contractors, laborers, mechanics, and anyone else who spends their day sweating their ass off instead of sitting behind a desk.
